If
for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund
or exchange any terminal (software is non-returnable) within the conditions
outlined below:
We will accept returns within 30 days of the shipping
date.
Terminal must be returned in original package. Include
all parts, manuals, and cords.
Terminal must not be damaged, although defective
equipment is returnable.
Return package via trackable shipping (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

Unfortunately,
due to the cost of Wireless Terminals, including the Nurit 8000, Comstar and
Way Systems units, we can only extend full replacement within 30-days of
purchase. Wireless Terminals will not fall under our standard one-year warranty
policy. Any repairs needed outside of 30-days from time of purchase will fall
under the manufactures warranty. Battery failure is not covered by Paynet
Systems standard warranty.
Customer’s
NOT maintaining a merchant account with Paynet Systems has the following
warranty: Any claims after 30 days is the responsibility of the terminal
manufacturer. The manufacturer’s specific warranty guidelines will be included
with the terminal. The majority of terminals manufactured today are all in one
– meaning the terminal portion can vary depending on the manufacturer. Terminal
warranty the terminal up to 5 years. Keep in mind only the terminal portion of
the unit carries a 5-year warranty. The printer is not always covered for the
same duration.

Mobile Swipe Device and Terminal Hardware Warranty
Paynet
Systems provides a limited hardware warranty of 12 month. The warranty period
begins on the date the unit is deployed.
Paynet
Systems warrants that each hardware Product shall be free from faulty
workmanship and defective materials during the hardware warranty period.
If
Paynet Systems receives notice of defects during the warranty period, Paynet
Systems will, at its option, repair, or replace the affected Product. Customer will
be responsible for return of such Products to Paynet Systems at Customer’s
expense together with written evidence that such Products are covered under
warranty (i.e. a dated purchase receipt). During the standard warranty period
Paynet Systems will return ship repaired or replacement Products at the expense
of Paynet Systems. Replacement products may be refurbished or contain
refurbished materials. Repair or replacement of a Product (or any part thereof)
does not extend the warranty period for such Product.
The
above warranties do not apply to defects resulting from improper or inadequate
maintenance by Customer; unauthorized modification; improper use or operation
outside of the conditions specified for the Product considered out of scope;
abuse, negligence, accident, liquid spillage, acts of nature such as flood or
lightning damage, loss or damage in transit; improper site preparation; or
unauthorized maintenance or repair. Repair by anyone other than Paynet Systems
or an approved Paynet Systems agent will void this limited warranty.
In
the event a Product returned is determined to be no trouble found, Paynet
Systems may assess a reasonable fee for its test service plus return freight to
Customer.
