Because we use a highly secure encryption protocol, we assure your credit card information is safely processed and never stored on your mobile devices or computers. In addition, our applications strictly adhere to the PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

Merchant Application and Agreement

Any personal information or e-mail addresses collected on our online application for credit card processing service are both secure and confidential. We will initiate contact only to provide you with requested information or to follow up on an application you submitted.

Transaction Monitoring

All transactions are strictly monitored from the point-of-sale to deposit in order to deter fraudulent activity.  Our live Risk Management team promptly reviews any flagged transactions and may contact your company to verify the transaction in question.

Our security flags will identify duplicate transactions and multibin batches, transactions exceeding the account's approved parameters, pending chargebacks and retrieval requests, and ACH rejects.
