 Point of Sale Displays

Point-of-sale displays are one of the best investments of your marketing dollars. These displays dramatically increase the impact of your product at the moment it counts most—at purchase time. Such displays are most effective for impulse items or items for which consumers do not have brand loyalty.

Large displays set up in prominent locations in high-traffic supermarkets have been shown to increase the rate of sales by as much as 64-fold over the same items sold from their regular shelf locations. However, for small set-ups, more common sales increases are from one-and-a-half to threefold—still huge increases.

Dumps are the most powerful of all point-of-sale display options. Floor displays, commonly referred to as dumps, are most effective if placed at the front of the store. This location guarantees viewing by the maximum number of visiting consumers. Typically merchants reserve the display of dumps for their top brands and fastest selling promotions.

Counter displays are sometimes called pre-packs when the display also serves double duty as a counter item.

Merchants generally use counter displays for low-priced items that a consumer might decide to purchase on impulse while they are waiting for sales assistance or standing at the cash register. Small novelty items are ideal for counter displays. Posters can be very effective in pulling in customers to purchase a product they have some knowledge of—perhaps through an extensive advertising or publicity campaign. Posters are the least inspiring point-of-sale display vehicle when used to attract consumers to products they were not previously aware of. find out more...

Sitemap provides an overview of a web site that provides a listing of the pages in a web site. In other words, it is the visual representation of the structure and content of a website. Search Engine robots gain access to this page from every page of the website and in turn there is a link to every page of the site from the site map. This allows for a thorough indexing of the site.

They allow visitors to locate something specific i.e. help the users who are looking for a very specific piece of information on the site . A sitemap describes the structure of a website on a single page. User can have an overview of the whole site at one glance ,depicting the main categories and subcategories of a site.
