Yahoo Search Marketing (Panama) has opened some new locks, and the results of course are great! There are some new tools for advertisers, and amongst all the new features, there is one that allows you to move and copy keywords from one ad group to another without going through the routine of copy, paste, and delete.
There has been installed a new button that says "Move", and "Copy" on the Ad Group page under your 'Campaigns' tab. Though still limited to 1000 keywords per ad group, you can now simply move your keywords from one ad group to another and copy them as is fit!
This is how it works: You select a keyword you want to move by clicking the check box next to it. Click on the button that says "Move". This will cause a pop up to appear that has instructions listed regarding what is to be done next. Once you're clear about the details, you have the option of opting out from viewing the pop-up in future. Follow the easy step-by-step process for moving your keyword.
Selecting keywords has now been made an easier process! The keyword selection process has been streamlined. The new keyword selector tool is accessible to new advertisers in the online sign-up process, and to existing advertisers creating a new campaign or using the "+Add Keywords" button on the Ad Group page.
In addition to the new features mentioned above, a "help" attribute has also been added! This is to provide assistance for preparing ads, and to offer best practices for writing the most effective Sponsored Search ads. The new tools have been released to help advertisers build out campaigns. These are small additions that have been made, yet they will help advertisers that run multiple campaigns, in making their campaigns more efficient!
